The drivers of Formula 1 have shown their support for the fight against racism in light of the movement, ‘Black Lives Matter’ Sunday before the start of the Grand Prix of Austria, the first of the season.
Prior to the anthem of austria, 14 of the 20 drivers have set a knee on the ground wearing a t-shirt with the message ‘End Racism’ during a broadcast of a message of F1 and the FIA. Others have decided to stay up at the image of Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) and Max Verstappen (Red Bull). The two drivers had announced on the social networks prior to departure.
