The Oregon women remained atop college track & field indoor rankings this week. The UO men stayed No. 2 .

The rankings were released Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

The UO women, idle last week, slipped a little, but continued to hold a commanding lead in the rankings.

The women’s top five consists of Oregon, Arkansas, Georgia, USC and Florida.

The Ducks trail top-ranked Florida in the men’s rankings. The rest of the top five consists of LSU, Virginia and Arkansas.

Oregon swept the 2016 NCAA indoor titles.

Coach Robert Johnson’s Ducks are scheduled to compete this week at both the Don Kirby Elite Invitational in Albuquerque and the Husky Classic in Seattle.
