Two Elderly People Found Dead in Quebec
(Quebec) The bodies of an elderly man and woman were found in an apartment in the Sillery area. Their deaths are currently unexplained, according to the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ).
Around 3:56 pm, a call was received at 911 for a “possible death of an elderly person” in an apartment on Mayor-Beaulieu Avenue.
Upon arrival, paramedics discovered the obvious deaths of a woman and a man. The man is reported to be 88 years old, but the age of the woman has not been determined at the time of writing.
The Coroner has requested the SPVQ to conduct an investigation into the unexplained deaths of these two individuals.
Investigators and the Forensic Identification Unit are currently on their way to the scene to establish the causes and circumstances of the tragedy.
