The Ibex 35 has started the session this Thursday with a slight decrease of 0.04%, which has led the selective to 9,450.25 points, on a day marked by the start of the meeting of the Ministers of Employment and Politics of the European Union (EU), within the framework of the Spanish presidency of the Council of the EU, in Madrid.
Likewise, this Friday, July 14, the season of corporate results will start with the big US banks at the helm, with entities such as JP Morgan, Well Fargo and Citigroup.
In the early stages of this session, the biggest increases within the Ibex 35 were recorded by Fluidra (1.4%), Naturgy (1.25%), Solaria (1.03%), Enagás (0.72%) and Iberdrola (0.71%), while on the side of decreases those of Acerinox (-1.92%), ACS (-1.11%), Meliá Hotels (-0.84%) and Meliá (- 0.84%).
The main European squares have opened this Thursday with a mixed sign: Frankfurt lost 0.14% and London 0.06%, while Paris rose 0.16% and Milan almost 0.1%.
In the raw materials market, the price of a barrel of Brent rose 0.29%, to 80.34 dollars, while the West Texas Intermediate (WTI) grew to 75.94 dollars, 0.25% more .
In the debt market, the yield of the Spanish bond with a maturity of 10 years stood at 3.553%, with the risk premium reaching 105.7 basis points, while in the foreign exchange market, the euro was exchanged at 1 ,1149 dollars.
