Over time, the recruitment is modernized and personalized: RégionsJob (third on the search market employment, with 2.4 million unique visitors per month) capitalizes on its “Cv database”, a database of CVS that recruiters have access to. “Every day, RegionsJob automatically sends CV to the recruiting companies by analyzing their content,” explains Liselotte Huguenin Bergenat, Head of human resources of the site. The selection of candidates is thus faster for employers. On the other hand, the base CV of Cadremploi, CV Aden, for a total of 4 million CVS.

The platform Wan2bee, launched last September by the Golden Bees (a company targeting smartphone via advertising), goes further. A computer program examines the employment opportunities available based on search criteria (sectors, occupations, locations, types of contracts) and presents them to the place of advertising space on the web. If the offer corresponds to the expectations, it is enough to click above to be redirected to the full offer and apply. It is thus now possible to find job offers at a session of shopping online or booking his next holiday on the internet.

Replace advertising by useful content

“The goal is first to make the advertising space useful and to improve the correspondence of supply and demand with artificial intelligence. With already 200,000 users since the launch there less than a year, Wan2bee plans to expand its service offering. The website will offer from the start a follow-up of the applications, the creation of CV optimized as well as tips on how to increase their chances of obtaining the desired employment. Most innovative: a robot will even be able to apply to offers of employment to the place of the candidate using the information already recorded. This system, based on artificial intelligence, however, will be regulated and will not send more than a dozen of resumes a day.
