MEDINA, Ohio – Medina County Auditor Mike Kovack has released has released the following information about county finances for the week of Jan. 30 through Feb. 3:

Overall revenues for the county this week were $25,558,388.11. The largest income was from real estate taxes, at $20,517,327.40.

The Auditor’s Accounting Department issued 405 checks for total expenditures of $932,880.42. County commissioner-approved expenditures totaled $705,750.50. Three vendor’s licenses were issued.

There were 36 residential home sales this week. The average sales price for a home in Medina County this week was $202,056. Total fees collected for transfers were $33,216.

There were three commercial sales this week, for an average sales price of $908,333. Total fees collected were $8,177.50.
