Everything’s just fine in the White House, President Trump insisted Saturday in a morning tweet.

“Don’t believe the main stream (fake news) media. The White House is running VERY WELL,” Trump tweeted at 8:31 a.m.

“I inherited a MESS and am in the process of fixing it,” the tweet said.

On Thursday, the President declared in a wide-ranging press conference that he’d “inherited a mess” from the Obama administration, and blamed the media for making it seem as if his White House was in disarray.

The President followed up at 8:51 a.m. with a tweet about his Saturday, which includes a campaign-style rally in the Orlando area.

“Will be having many meetings this weekend at The Southern White House. Big 5:00 P.M. speech in Melbourne, Florida. A lot to talk about!” he wrote.
