Schools across Hunterdon County were closed, the first time all closed for a snow day this school year.

- Flemington: 4.1 inches as of 8 a.m.
- Tewksbury: 3.5 inches as of 8:14 a.m.
- East Amwell: 3.0 inches as of 7:40 a.m.

Snowfall totals have been highest in northwestern sections of the state, some communities in Warren counties getting between 7 and 9 inches.
