David B. Runyon Jr., 47, is wanted on a charge of theft under a warrant dated May 30, 2014, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
Runyon, whose last-known address was in the 6500 block of Franklin Hill Road in Lower Mount Bethel Township, is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 230 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
The prosecutor’s office asks anyone with information about Runyon to contact investigators via a tip line at 908-475-6643, the fugitive unit at 908-475-6272 or via fugitive@co.warren.nj.us.
