Snooze, the Denver-based brunch restaurant that’s going in the former EZ’s at the Quarry Market, has announced it will open March 1.
So if you’re curious about the breakfast pot pie, pineapple upside-down pancakes, a pancake flight. or four different options of bloody marys, the wait will soon be over.
The restaurant also will offer a variety of local beers and morning cocktails.
On the philanthropic front, the San Antonio location is supporting the San Antonio Food Bank, Green Spaces Alliance and Kinetic Kids.
Snooze is at 255 E. Basse Rd. Suite 160, snoozeeatery.com. Beginning March 1, it will be open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m
