In the last episode of the Freeform series, viewers saw Daphne (Katie Leclerc) attempt to be friends with Mingo (Adam Hagenbuch) after he told her he began dating someone new. In support of their friendship, she attended his costume party where he dressed up as rapper Lil Wayne, something Iris (Sharon Pierre-Louis) saw as insulting.

“Meanwhile, Bay (Vanessa Marano) seeks a job a tattoo parlor,” the synopsis says. Bay was quite the tattoo artist in China and is now seeking work in U.S. At one point during the promo clip it looks like she is giving a tattoo to Emmett Kralbet (Sean Berdy).
However, getting a job won’t be Bay’s only problem. In the Freeform promo, she can be seen upset while talking to Mary Beth (B.K. Cannon) who seems to have befriended Tank (Max Ader), the guy Bay accused of sexually assaulting her.
Elsewhere “Kathryn (Lea Thompson) and John (D.W. Moffett) court a new shortstop,” the synopsis states. In the last episode, John went behind Kathryn’s back in an attempt to get funding for the baseball team which upset her once she found out. However, it looks like two may be on better terms this time around.
