SOUTH BRUNSWICK — Two men have been charged with stealing 450 gallons of water from a fire hydrant for their private power washing business, authorities said.
A security guard at the shopping center on Commerce Boulevard in South Brunswick saw the pair pull up in a truck and fill tanks with water from the hydrant, according to police.
Jorge Chacon, 34, and Pantaleon Sis, 51 of Plainfield were charged with theft.
