GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio – Law enforcement officials are searching for a man who robbed a Garfield Heights bank Thursday.

The Cleveland FBI released surveillance images of the robbery that happened about 12:40 p.m. at the Huntington Bank branch on Turney Road just south of Garfield Heights High School.

The robber walked into the bank and passed a note to the teller, FBI spokeswoman Vicki Anderson said.

The teller handed over cash, and the robber left the bank, Anderson said. No weapon was seen, and no injuries were reported.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to contact Garfield Heights police at 216-475-1234 or the Cleveland branch of the FBI at 216-522-1400. Tips can remain anonymous, and reward money is available for information that leads to the successful prosecution of the robber.
