The Grammy Awards will return on Sunday night, kicking off at 5 p.m. PST on CBS.

Fans without television access can live-stream the Grammys via CBS’ online service, All Access, with a one-week free trial. Pre-show fun, including the “Premiere Ceremony,” which will hand out over 70 Grammy Awards before the broadcast show even starts, will stream starting at noon on Grammy.com and CBS.com.

The show will be hosted by late-night host and surprisingly good singer James Corden, he of viral sensation Carpool Karaoke–perhaps Adele, one of tonight’s major nominees, will rejoin him for a new segment?

The Grammy Awards’ 13 worst Album of the Year mistakes

The list of performers includes Super Bowl headliner Lady Gaga and Metallica, who will perform together for some reason; Adele; Bruno Mars; tributes to late stars Prince and George Michael; debuts from Kelsea Ballerini and Lukas Graham; and more artists including Chance the Rapper, Carrie Underwood, Sturgill Simpson, Demi Lovato, the Weeknd and Daft Punk, Anderson .Paak and A Tribe Called Quest, Alicia Keys with Maren Moris, and other collaborations and solo performances.

Sitting this year out will be Frank Ocean, who dissed the ceremony’s producers on his Tumblr blog and didn’t submit his albums “Endless” or “Blonde” for contention, as well as artists such as Drake (out on tour) and reportedly Justin Bieber, both nominated for Album of the Year–though as I predicted earlier this week, neither’s likely to take home the ceremony’s top trophy.

We’ll have photos, news and more coverage tonight at oregonlive.com/music. Who are you rooting for?
